Our company has completed the Connected-span Glass Greenhouse project in Xinyang City, Henan Province, China.

1.  Greenhouse area, height, and other specifications

•  The greenhouse has a span of 9.6 meters, with an internal connected structure consisting of 7 spans, giving a total span of 67.2 meters.
•  The side length is 28 meters, with an eaves height of 6 meters and a total height of 7.5 meters.
•  The total area is 1,881.60 square meters.

2.  Key features of the greenhouse include:

•  Hot-dip galvanized main framework.
•  Roof covered with 5mm single-layer tempered glass, and the sides covered with 5+6A+5mm thick hollow tempered glass.
•  System configuration:
Electric roof ventilation system, electric external shading system, electric internal insulation system, fan and wet curtain ventilation and cooling system, power distribution system, and greenhouse doors.


The material list for the hot-dip galvanized steel framework is as follows:

•  Connected-span greenhouse with a pre-formed mold for the main frame, surface treated with hot-dip galvanizing for rust resistance.
•  Main vertical columns and internal columns: 150×150×3.5mm rectangular steel.
•  End vertical columns: 150×150×3.5mm rectangular steel.
•  Top water channel: 3.0mm thick, made of highly corrosion-resistant galvanized steel plates, bent into shape.
•  Roof purlins and trusses: Made of all-aluminum alloy material.
